“3D printed? Isn’t 3D printed stuff garbage?” It can be. There’s a lot of it out there. Ours is not. Having our products 3D printed allows us to manufacture rapidly, and at a lower cost than the traditional injection molding process. We do use PLA, but for a reason. PLA is more sustainable than nylon or ABS, and can easily be recycled.

“A rubber band? You got to be kidding me!” We use rubber bands because we wanted this as simple to use as possible. No small moving parts or springs to deal with. The last thing you want, whether playing rec ball or refilling in the pits between points, is another hassle. Rubber bands are easily sourced, and can be replaced within a minute, removing the headache of something else going wrong.

“Why use this instead of a jug?” Ever try packing those jugs into a gear bag? Pit Buddy fits easily into a gear bag and attaches directly to the case of paint you’re already going to buy. Simply remove it at the end of the day and throw it back in your gear bag.
